Schedule & Gantt

Plan the work. Catch the slip early.

A schedule built from weighted activities, compared against real progress, so a project that's drifting tells you itself — long before the deadline does.

What it does
Planning Build a schedule from weighted WBS activities, track real progress, and get flagged when a project falls behind expected.

The schedule is a flat list of WBS activities — each weighted by its share of the project, with no dependency chains to maintain. Project Managers update progress as work happens, and the system computes where the project should be today.

When actual progress trails the weighted expected progress by more than 5%, the project is flagged behind schedule. On desktop you get the full Gantt chart; on mobile the same data collapses to a clean list view.

Schedule & Gantt

Behind-schedule alerts

Weighted expected progress vs actual — a variance over 5% flags the project automatically.
